Bless you child. Have a very Merry Christmas. Love and kisses.
I guess I am too full of the spirit to answer your question. Ask me after the holidays.

better enjoy the kindness while it last because once Christmas is over people will be back to their real miserable hateful selves. yes they are fake and they try to hard to be kind and nice because deep down they really want to tell you to "F" off and die but that would draw to many stares from so called Christmas lovers. being nice is just for the kids and the kids alone. its the kids time of the year.but as for me I will not be a fake or phony and ill stay my miserable hateful Christmas hating self 365 days a year.I am being true to myself and honest towards others even though its being mean its also being me. I hope every Christmas is a disaster for many years to come:-) signed the original scrooge

I don't believe its fake. I think that people become inspired to be kinder during Christmas and that we simply become lazy and forget the rest of the year.

It's not just at Christmas. Most people are fake out in "public" all of the time.
I despise most people and like very few...but I'm learning to love more people everyday because we all have faults.

People don't pretend to be nicer during Christmas, it is the Christmas spirit that alters their behavior from rude and unkind to polite and kind. Don't you wish that Christmas is all year round?

Kindness is Kindness- Pretense or real. If you give some money to a poor man-its useful even if it was a momentary pretense- sometime if you pretend long enough and hard enough you may really become kind

to try to atone for their misdeeds during the rest of the year. there are so many outward signs of what can happen when they do not around this time of the year which are not shown throughout the rest of the year.

Act and then your true feelings follow. It is better to pretend to be kind, even if you are not, than being rude and inconsiderate.

If you're just pretending to be nice during the holidays, then that's your own problem that I don't seem to share.
