These days I have been filled with aniexty, stress, and negative thoughts. After I reinjuried my foot, it hasn't been getting much better. It seems to stay in this one shape all day long. I just recently read an article that said thinking postive keeps your heart in good shape, will this do the same to speed up the recovery of my foot? I'm finally going to a ortopisetist today and I'll ask the same question as well.

Thanks

stress slows healing... so yes.

yes it will. Stress helps you to get sick faster, then if you did not have it, and healing would take a longe time. So try to get rid of some of that stress you are dealing with lately, and you will find that you stay a heck of a lot more health, and heal quicker.

That is SO true. The more positive you are and you see yourself healed you will be healed quickly. You just have to see it and feel it. It is amazing what the mind could do. That's the law of attraction...you attract positive energy to you and positive things will happen!

It might help speed the healing process, but don't depend on positive thoughts to cure anything on their own! You still need medical attention.

Stress will slow down your healing relax and try not to let it get to you.

It won't actually help your foot heal, but it'll make you feel better about your situation. No use feeling bad about something when it only makes it worse.
