Lipo suction? No just do toning exercise. Maybe get a personal trainer for a few weeks they will be able to help. Also, I can't see you obviously, but if your bordering underweightness, then have you considered you may have body issues, like an eating disorder, because you have lost alot of weight not just a bit, and you say your on a low calorie diet. Maybe not an eating disorder but body dysmorphic disorder?

I dont know much about dieting but the best way is no breads that are made with bleached flour and hardly and sodium and NO corn syrup thats what my dad tells his patients he is a General Practitioner But you shouldnt worry so much stress can cause you to gain weight as well
But remember love you for you and never change you for someone else
