I am talking about the Eve in the book of Genesis in the Bible. Wasn't she shocked when she found out that her tummy is getting bigger? How did she knew when the time for giving birth has come?

Usually the excruciating pain and uncontrollable feeling to bare down(push) tells you when the baby is coming.
I'm surprised you thought you had to go all the way back to the era of Eve to think women didn't know when their baby was coming, some still ask that question today.

Ha! Like anyone wouldn't know! You would just do what your body is telling you instinctively! Any woman who has given birth can tell you that.
