State don't publicly publish outstanding warrants on people, make it kind of hard for law enforcement to arrest people if that information is out.
Now all that could change in the future,but at this moment in time, that information is for law enforcement eye only.

as i also stated on the 100 times this question has been asked-warrants are not public record. Call the police department and see if they will answer your question over the phone. Better yet-go to the police department and hand the person your identification.
