God is rich in mercy but if you choose not to believe after the word has been given unto you then your blood will be upon you.
Rom 2:12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;
Rom 2:13 (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.
Rom 2:14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
Rom 2:15 Which show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)

No, absolutely not...The God I believe would save everyone, without exception, if there were any need for anyone to be saved, or anything to be saved from. My God does not discriminate.

My God (the God of the Bible) doesn't even save those who believe in Him. The Bible says satan believes in Him (and he's not saved).
My God saves (ie: reserves a place for them in Heaven for Eternity) those who TRUST in the finished work of Christ on the Cross to pay for their sins. Those who realize that they can do nothing to earn a place in Heaven and fully trust the work that Jesus did for them personally.

One person in this list of answers expanded the definition of "save." The idea here is to be brought to heaven at the end of this life for eternity with our Creator God. Another said that when you die, you are just gone. I believe that we will all live forever, but in either heaven or hell. Either in the realm of eternal joy or eternal anguish.
Yet, to answer you directly, only those who believe in Him, who have sought forgiveness that He promises to offer, who seek to live for Him will be taken to heaven.
To some, this seems exclusionary to say that there is only one way to heaven, but God's invitation to men is very open, very inclusionary.

Why should this be so hard to understand? if you do not believe in God then it follows that you have no personal relationship with Him and therefore do not love Him, so how can you be saved, and why would you think that you are entitled to be with God in Heaven under this notion.

My god is constantly sending me places (even some I really REALLY don't like) to help people out. If that isn't 'saving' them, I dont know what is.

In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
As to those who believe, and the Jews and the Sabians, and the Christians, and the Magians and the idolaters; verily, Allah will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection. Surely, Allah watches over all things.

ALLAH SAVES EVERYBODY. EVEN NON BELIEVERS. HE GIVE THEM CHANCE TO COME BACK AGAIN. WE ARE FREE NOW TO BELIEVE OR NOT . IT IS UP TO YOU. HE SHOW YOU RIGHT FROM WRONG & YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE. THEN IN THE NEXT LIFE AFTER DEATH THEIR IS ONLY VERDICT & NO MORE WORK OR WORSHIP. IT IS LIKE COURT WHO DID WELL WILL GET WHAT HE DESERVES & THOSE WHO DIDN'T ALSO WILL BE PUNISHED. SO IT IS UP TO YOU!!
