my big problem is my house & my office in to only talking hindi & marathi how i can manage. and i have no time to joint english speaking class.

1.Spend an hour on reading newspaper of english alongwith a dictionery near by.
2.Mark the atleast 10 words which you learn that day.
3.Find the different meaning of it in the dictionery itself.
4.Watch the peope who speak in english in you near by dealings.
5.Watch a good english channel like NDTV 24X7
6.Have it as repatitive action so that it becomes a habit.
7.Do it religiously changes will happen auomativelly if done.

Watch TV. Watch the English news in Indian televisions and also venture into some of the English channels.If you are allowed to use www in office, then you can still explore some of the sites for news

Start reading English novels...it actually works...I have given the same advice to others and it has worked with them...keep a dictionary handy if in doubt...after few months, you will feel the difference
Try to complete as many books as possible...dont just stick to one book..

Watch movies in english with english subtitles, read english books, get tapes or CD's to learn english, and motivate people in your house to speak english too.
