the front brakes grab first then the rear help the front brakes, there fore the front brakes positioned on quicker then the rear, the rule of thumb is yet again you've your the front brakes replaced you want to have all 4 replaced...Your the front brakes could very last any the position from 10,000 to twenty,000 miles and your rear brakes 20,000, to 30,000 depending on the way you force your motorcar.... that is a sturdy idea to have your brakes verify each and every time you've your tires turned around and balanced or once you've any tire artwork carried out. It not in any respect hurts to be careful. Mos garages will do a free brake verify any time you opt for ,, so take income of this,,, sturdy success

Police package brakes are usually heavier duty and are sometimes bigger than civilian ones so yes specifically tell the guy at the parts store you want them because I don't think the regular ones would fit.

Bought mine at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Just tell them it is the Police package and then there are at least 3 options of pads and calipers available including a "Dust Free" set.

Probably as in they would be of a heavier duty design. Thicker rotors, larger pads, etc.
Parts House will know for sure, dealer can give you specs based on VIN.
