Practice at night, or take time off your coffee breaks. Like working out, consistent practice is key. It is not the 'amount' of concentrated time that will help you, it is the persistent application of even the smallest moments that will.
Try listening to english audio books. Pick a book you know well in English, and buy an audio copy. Listening to it over and over again will help you 'hear' how the words are supposed to be pronounced. Audio books are also good because the speaker makes a conscious effort to sound clear and precise since mumbling or rushing through would negate the reason for making it. Even better would be to try and read along to the book as you hear it. That way, you can 'hear' what those 'words' actually sound like.

Watch tv. I'm not kidding, it's a great way to learn conversational English. I used to watch tv shows from Mexico and it really helped my Spanish.
