Maybe you Immune system isn't as strong as everyone elses.
What you need to do is take supplement to boast you immuns system and white blood cells.
Green Tea is good but it may need sweetening with honey or sugar. Try it

Also try and be a bit more active to get you circulation going properly and KEEP WARM in winter times.
Little things like washing hands when you get home from work or before eating and after going to the toilet helps get rid of the unessasry germs.

I suggest Tea tree antibacterial hand wash

Maybe you feel more sorry for yourself. My brother is like you, he takes time off work for a cold saying that he doesn't want to infect anybody, but the cold virus has millions of different strains so people will get it either way. The men I know are more pathetic about illness than women and their cold is ten times worse than anybody elses!

Oh poor you!
Try sipping lemonjuice and honey in hot water (not too hot!), and take some paracetamol for your temperature.
Colds only last a few days anyhow.
