I'm 26, she's 32! We met on a night out and had a good night. It was in Swindon
I gave her my mobile number on the Friday and she didn't text me for the 1st few days. She was out drinking and sent me a text on the following Fri saying she'd had a good night. I replied, but she never replied to that until the Sat night when she was out again.
If she only texts me when she's drunk, she can't really like me? or does she like me but is uncomfortable with the age gap??

Nothing to do with the gap age. I have exactly the same difference with the man I am married to for many years. It is great. At 32 she still want to have a lots of fun before she thinks she can't anymore, but it is not true. You come at the right time but maybe she has not seen it yet as she does not know you maybe want to propose marriage ? If you don't want this then she will treat you as the others, between two drinks, just for fun and good friendship...you know...Salut.

if she texted you only once, it's just a token of her appreciation that she had fun when you two went out..Remember if someone likes you--he or she will be consistent...Age doesn't matter you knw that...There should be no barriers when both of you are falling for each other. But you know what you're the guy and you should make the action...I mean you should make the move...If you really like her then take the risk to know all about her and if she really does like you...I hope I answered your question...

if the fact that she's a drunkard does not represent an issue for you than go ahead...maybe she really is a special person, but is not quite sure about her feelings or what she wants from life.
you have to talk to her first, do not expect her to like you when you only had a date or two.
and about the age gap...no, in my opinion, as a woman, i don't think this would be an issue for her as long as she accepted getting out with you.
therefore, i think you have to approach her in order to establish a relationship, maybe she's not sure about her feelings for the moment, but this doesn't mean that she is not going to like you in the future.
