I need help... a little background. I know this girl who lives in my town who I am completely obsessed with....when I am around her I feel happy and I get extremely jealous when she talks to other guys and especially when she sleeps with guys she has just met. I have known her for more than a year now but she will barely give me a second look. I just wish I had the guts to tell her how I really feel but every time I am around her I get tongue tied

You sound psycho. You sound like you're stalking her. You do not love her. Love only happens when it is reciprocated by the other person. You are selfish in that you do not take into account her feelings for you, which is nothing.
You need to start talking to her and start dating other women. Then, she might give you a second look. She may not be interested in you, but she will try to compete with the other women in your life.
