Does anyone have any good recipes for these, besides just boiling them with salt?

I had this the other night and it's AWESOME, in my opinion. It's a twist on traditional hummus:

Spinach-Garlic-Edamame Hummus

3/4 cup boiled edamame, shells removed
1 cup frozen chopped spinach (1 small package)
1 (12 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
6 garlic cloves
1/2 cup tahini (sunflower seed paste)
1/4-1/2 cup olive oil (approximate)
2 teaspoons sea salt (approximate)
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Combine all in food processor.
Add olive oil ( OR Water, or the"juice" of the garbanzo beans, if you wish)--either of these reduce fat to desired consistency. Tastes even better the next day!

-Enjoy!

I personally love them that way but I also eat them steamed, chilled and in my salads. Sometimes I add them in my stir-fry as a meat replacement but theyre good to have in there with the meat too!

Yeah I eat them, and drink soymilk. I never get sick, or have any ill effects. I don't understand why people say a wholesome bean is toxic! The really toxic **** is the sugary processed crap that people eat without a second thought.

I love them steamed best ... I eat them like popcorn in front of the TV. ... But... my kids like for me to open them and and cook them in a sauce pan with corn, butter and a little cilantro. They love them like that and it's actually not too bad! Kind of replaces the lima bean in a succatash.
