http://www.gimp.org/ is considered the best free program of its kind. Bear in mind that processes like putting yourself into old pictures aren't automatic - there is no "magic button" to do that in _any_ program. You'll need to learn the software to a reasonable degree before you get satisfactory results.

GIMP www.gimp.org is a free Image Editing Program but I din't think it's what you ar looking for. I mean, you can do that, but you must know how.
