It depends on if she did it intentionally or not. If it wasnt, i guess she would apologise and ofcourse you would accept the apology, but if you cant stand the smell, it wouldnt be rude if you stood up and walk a little away. If she did do it on purpose, then you have to walk away first(except if you can stand the smell) and then tell her she's being rude and demand for an apology so she wouldnt repeat it.

I would tell her that it is not "lady-like" to do this sort of thing, uless you really dont mind. I think it is a little rude myself, and a sign of disrespect to ones self and whom they are in company of. next time get a spray can (wild roses) and spray the room..
