I have recently lost contact with my girl friend and she is ignoring my e-mails. The way I feel now nothing makes me happy anymore and I feel really bad, I still go to work but don't enjoy the job. I am just fed up of trying anymore nothing ever goes right, i'm such a boring person no wonder she chose someone else over me

If you know your being a boring person is the cause, why dont you do something to make yourself a nice person to get along with? Read more about things that interest your g/f, get a bit more vocal when you meet her, organise your thoughts when you discuss any tiopic with her. Take tips from your other friends on how to get along with girls.
Of course all this cannot be tried out until you meet her. Invite her for a party where you will have other jovial persons round to get her to talk to you, or call her over for a movie followed by dinner.
If she still ignores you, it is time to forget her and look for another. However, you need to change the perception of yourself as a boring person with new g/fs too.

Don't say you are boring, every single person in the world has something special in them. I believe she doesn't deserve you that's all. How come she was interested in you before!
So get over her and find someone that deserve you. Get on with life, look after your job and you will find the right person soon.

You have to think of yourself better than that. I know it's hard breaking up with a chick. But you have to look at what's in the best interest for you. I was working in China and this guy from Trinidad came up to me and said " You have to look out for yourself out here, You're # 1 cause these guys aren't going to"
Ever since then I have, he may have been talking about then and there but ever since then I've used that philosophy in life.
You just need to move on and forget about her and tell yourself that it's her loss, not yours. There are plenty of other chicks out there. Just look out for yourself and then worry about everybody else.
You'll be alright, trust me.... It can always be worse.
Keep your head up and you'll do fine.

Don't talk down on yourself like that it's not going to help you any and it isn't going to help get your girl back either. do you have a phone number for the girl? i'm sure she's reading the emails eventhough sh isn't replying so say this to her : I don't know why you are choosing to ignore my emails. I am just trying to get in contact with you to see how you are. Please try to be mature about this and email me back or call me and let me know what is going on..If i don't hear from you after this email I am done trying to communicate with you, i am moving on. --- and then you move on....life's short don't waste time on people who won't waste time on you.
