Yes, dark chocolate is good for you, but you eat it everyday, then it is a bit to much and too much of everything is bad for you. This is the same for workout. Moderation is the key to a good health.

It depends on how many chocolate bars you're talking about and how many minutes of workout you do. Plus what is your main concern? Are you worried that you'd gain weight with the chocolate you're going to eat every day?
Basically, it's all about making sure that your over-all calorie intake is not too much as to cause weight gain. Check what's the recommended calorie intake for your body weight and body frame. Then check how many calories your work-out is supposed to "burn off."
Just to give you an idea. If you're supposed to maintain your body weight with just 1,500 calories per day and your exercise regimen is supposed to "burn off" 200 calories, then it's safe to assume that you can get away with eating a chocolate bar that has 200 calories.
Hope this helps.

it's OK if u burn it off by doing some exercise or some form of physical exercise, like u say, working out. But u should remember that having too many treats may be bad for you as diabetes and hyperglycemia is caused by eating too many treats and sweet things. So try not to have it everyday, and keep an eye on your diet to make sure you're not increasing the chance of you getting a certain illness.

If your a skinny minny with a high metabolism, then eat away, but if not, not a good idea. Actually DR. OZ recommends a little piece of real chocolate , yeah the bitter tasting kind. It is very beneficial, but I can't remember why.

It depends on how much chocolate you eat! One or two small squares of DARK chocolate are actually good for you. You can't overload with sweets. In fact, moderation in everything is the answer.

Well if your earning calories are less than expense, no problem, but you have to maintain a balance diet. If you fulfill your intake maximum from chocolate then other resource would become very limited. And you will have to take extra care about your teeth also.

It's not the chocolate that's bad ...it's the amount of chocolate. Eat it everyday if you like just don't overdo!
