Is a swimming pool considered impervious or pervius? Townshp allows 25% of the area of my lot to be built on.

Question

I also need to know if the sidewalks around the pool, which drain onto the pemeable soil in the yard, are considered impervious.
Any websites that can define this for me?

The city of Austin has such an ordinance. It defines Impervious cover as anything that stops rainwater from soaking into the ground, including roads, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, swimming pools, and buildings.
