My question is how long has this relationship been going on? If the relationship is always on again then off again, then it seems like it's ending over something petty, and if that's so, you two need to sit down and thoroughly talk it out and together come to some resolution. You obviously feel that the relationship has potential to go far since you keep going back, so I suggest you find that problem and fix it!
