No.
Sometimes it is just our mind getting out the poison we build up during the day.
Colossians 2:8:
See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ.
This means do not let man tell you how to think, or convince you that man knows more than God.

no..... most dreams are just impressions - true or false - from our daily lives...
If something is from God, the impact will be so strong that you will never be able to forget it or the details....years later, you will still dwell on it...there is a definite "knowing" that occurs...you will immediately know it is from God, and there will be no doubt in your mind.....if you have to think about it, then it is an ordinary dream....
even ordinary dreams have value, so examine them well too.

Yes, although, sometimes it turns out to be the radio station your alarm clock is set to. Usually God is that voice early in the morning, especially when you're hungover.
