I am a Jewish woman, so I can't really say how circucision affects a man. However, neither probably can a man who has been circumcised as an infant because he has nothing to compare it to.
Jews circumcise because G-d commanded us two as part of the covenant with Abraham. That's really the reason. Anything else is justification.

Since you're curious, in addition to the religious reasons, trials in South Africa have shown that circumcision appears to provide partial resistance to STD's, most notably AIDS.
