It is totaly ok to kiss a guy or gal before marriage, Ive never seen anyharm in doing so and kissing isn't a sin and none is going to look down on you for kissing someone. I think your question is funny.
If you are with someone and you kiss someone ealse that can be a problem its not respecting the persiong your with. (SO NO KISSING IS TOTALY FINE) Sex is awhole nothing thing but it is also your choice.

Hell yeah. In fact I recommend going the whole way. You have to test drive a car before you buy it, right? Who wants to marry some person and find out they are a lousy lover?

I started going out with my now husband when I was sixteen, and we didn't get married until I was twenty-six. Lots of kissing and lots of other stuff went on in those ten years :)
