My heart hurts for all of the ugliness that is being spread due to our intolerance and bigotry. It is the time of year for us to put aside our differences and be peaceful to one another. Can we do this? Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, Merry Meet, Salaam, Seaons Greetings, Happy holidays....

Yeah? Well, UP YOURS! No, I'm just kiddin'. You are right. Had a little too much coffee at work today but I just wanted to respond and say that instead of focusing on the ugliness, try to see the beauty that does indeed exist. There are alot of people out there that aren't bigots or intolerant. I know I truely wish no ill will toward anyone, anywhere and my heart goes out to those that are alone or in need, my prayers too. I think most people feel that way and that is why there is so much giving this time of year and really, all the time..just more so now. We are more precious to each other than we can see but all we are forced to focus on is the negative...so here ya go! I just want to give you a great big ole polar bear hug from the land of the great white North. Up here in Alaska..its so dang cold, just to warm up we're willing to get next to almost anybody just short of Saddam Hussain. There's a lot of love out here...really..there is...everywhere..so Merry Christmas to you too and all the rest. Love in Christ, ~J~ <>< ;0)

instead of merely announcing hi.... supply him a mild hug and say hi.
