A naturalized Citizen is already a citizen. If you meant a Legal Permanent resident it's 5 years, but if married to a US citizen it's 3 years.

A person being a permanent resident from anywhere from 3 to 5 years without any mishaps becomes eligible for citizenship depending on his/her method of gaining permanent resident status. A person marrying an American citizen is eligible after three years to start the naturalization process (usually takes about a year) all others become eligible after five years.
There are also cases that fall out of the above classifications: political asylum, refugee, special talent, and individuals with past criminal records. Case to case basis.

Your question does not make sense. If you are already naturalized why would you have a waiting period. Sounds like the old trick question "If a plane crashes on the border of Mexico and the US where would the survivors be buried?"....dah, you don't bury Survivors.....

It might be quicker now; but it took my wife a little over 5 years. Good luck.

I thought it was seven years. You should be able to look up the department of immigration and find out what the rule is.
