ok losing weight is simple, take in less then your body needs.
At 16 you need to make some serious life changes. As the tv show America's Biggest loser shows, get off your lazy *** and lose the weight.
1. Do not eat anything that says diet or any chips/pretzels, etc...
2. Cook as many of your own meals as possible
3. Drink only water and 100% pure fruit juice, with no added sugar
4. Every morning start with 15 minutes of streching
5. Start eating less. Take less food then you think you will want, be sure not to finish your pate
6. Start believing in your self, look online for self help confidence building books.
7. Start an exercise program be in walking around the block then working up to walking 2 or 3 miles, or start doing jumping jacks, push-ups, etc...
8. Do NOT look for quick fixes as pills, NONE of these work despite what your friends say. There are pharmaceutical companies spending BILLIONS to find a pill to help you lose weight, if one was already available on the market they would buy the company that makes it.
9. Always think of how this will improve your life and ensure that you have a long healthy life
10. Set small goals for yourself. Like you can lose 5 lbs this month. You can do 25 jumping jacks, then slowly increase your goals.
And one more
11. Start NOW do not wait for new years or something. If you start now it will show your true conviction.
You can easily do this, it is a long process though. A healthy life style is a life long thing.

I have been working really hard to get a sexy body. I go to the gym every day, watch what I eat, but still could not get the body I wanted. That was until I found this body cleansing stuff. I was able to get the sexy body I wanted in 9 days. I did a 9 day cleanse and lost 10 pounds and 15 inches! This was GREAT! I had been working so hard for over a year to get this, and this program gave me what I wanted in 9 days. I found out that many body builders use this to get ready for competitions because the protein in the shakes builds muscle and the cleanse helps to get rid of the toxins stored in the fat cells. When the toxins are removed, the fat cells shrink and you definitely can tell in the way your clothes fit! I recommend this product for anyone wanting to get a better looking body quickly. Find out about it at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. It is not a cheap program, but it is worth it! You can also get it at this website http://getAnewBOD.com

There are no magic pills to losing and maintaining a healthy weight. It's a case of diet and excercise. Cut out the fat in your diet and follow a sensible training regime two or three times a week for 40 to 60 mins a time. Do excercises that get your heart pumping. It's a very simple concept to understand and it will make you lose weight, it does however require motivation to keep it up.

Don't go 'cold turkey' over any diet. Any food is ok, as long as it is in proportion. I managed to loose a total of 7 stone 3 Ibs by eating 3 meals a day;
Breakfast;
A bowl of bran-based cereal and skimmed milk, and a satsuma.
Lunch;
Lighlty filled sarnie on nimble bread. (such as light cheeese or ham and salad or tuna in chutney)
Packet of walkers lites crisps
weight watchers yoghurt
apple.
Dinner;
Meat with few potatoes and plenty of veg, or a veg stir fry or a weightwatchers frozen pizza (single size) and salad.
I lost it in two stints, lost 1 stone 9 in around 3 months and the rest in 9 months. it is possible, I did it through weight watchers and fully enjoyed it. Though I felt I lost too much and gained some back now, lol

Diet (eating too little calories) and diet pills are a guarantee weight loss failure. Your body needs calories to survive. If your body does not get enough calories to sustain life, your metabolism drops to protect itself. Will you lose weight with dieting? Yes…. However, it is not a permanent weight loss. You will eventually gain the weight back plus more.
When you diet, you will lose weight, which consist of water weight, muscle weight, and maybe a little fat.
I am sorry but there is no short cut to weight loss. It requires time, persistence and hard work. If you want to lose weight safely and effectively, I outline the some general tips.
1. Exercise (resistance training): Lifting weights can add muscle to your body. Your metabolism is highly correlated with how much muscles that you have. Your muscle is where fat is being burned.
Basically, the more muscles that you have, the higher your metabolism, the more calories that you can burn even when you are sleeping. That is why 255-pound bodybuilder can eat more than 5,000 calories a day because of the amount of muscles that they have. They need to eat a lot just to maintain their muscle.
Here are some exercises that will give you the best bang for your time.
Squat, Dead lift, lunges, Military press, Push-up, Bench Press, Lat Pull Down, Pull-up, Row, etc. Focus in multi-joint movement to involve more muscles.
2. Aerobic training: One way to boost your metabolism so that you are burning more calories is through interval training. Interval training consists of alternating between high intensity and low intensity training. For example, jog for 2 minutes to 30-second sprint. Repeat for 20 minutes.
Interval training is much more effective that steady state cardio e.i. 30 minutes running with the same speed. Interval training allows you to burn more calories while reducing your time.
3. Supportive Eating: Eating smaller meals through out the day can help boost your metabolism. Eating smaller meals every 3 hours helps fuel your body. Think about it for a second. I am sure that you know someone who eats all the time and yet are lean and you probably know someone who eats very little and yet the person is fat.
What should you eat? In every meal, you should attempt to eat lean protein, starchy carbs, and fibrous carbs.
Lean protein such as chicken, white eggs, turkey, soy, lean meat, fish, tuna, salmon, etc.
Starchy carbs such as oatmeal, brown rice, red potatoes, yams, etc.
Fibrous carbs such as fruits and vegetables.
These tips alone can help you a lot of you follow my guidelines. Remember, losing weight too fast will not be a permanent weight loss. Take your time and commit to eating better and exercising and you will eventually lose that weight.
Quick tips: Limit your sugar, saturated fat, and hydrogenated fat. Drink plenty of water.
Good luck
In your health,

Weight gains very fast.. But losing weight is a slow process. Instead of tablets, I would suggest you to do exercises and dieting under medical advice.There is nothing to be scared. Worry some times add weight. Increase in weight depends on genes too," in the family" as they say.

Don't take any tablets to LOSE weight. You're 16, just stop worrying and enjoy yourself.
If you want to maintain a good weight, eat sensibly by reducing fat intake to the recommended 75g daily for a woman, and make sure you take in your five fruit and veg daily, coupled with an active lifestyle.
That's all there is to it.

Walking is the best form of exercise to loose weight. Walk for at least 40mins in a session. The body will after a period realise that it dosn't need to burn the high grade fuel in the body like carbohydrates due to the low level intensity of the exercise and will burn the lower grade fuel instead............ which is fat!!!!

Wear comfy shoes in order to take meetings for a walk as an alternative to sitting at a desk.
