It isn't such a big deal, Just adjust your diet the next few days and exercise more and it will all balance out. Besides what you haven't isn't that bad when you think about it. Dark chocolate is not meant to be as bad as milk less sugar or something and Creme brullee is really just milk eggs sugar and some cream which isn't so bad it has calcium and protein. Just focus on the good aspects learn from how it made you feel this time and move on. There is nothing wrong with having something sweet like that once in a while. What you really need is just to go for a really long walk or run and get some fresh air and perspective. The more you sit worrying about things the more they settle and make you feel bad but if you keep moving you get your mind out of a rut and also it helps to use up the energy from the things. Calories aren't everything, it is what type of food you are eating that matters. The desserts you had were high quality deserts that I think need to be had and savoured once in a while to keep your mind healthy so you don't feel deprived and you make the most of your taste buds.

Approx 3000kcal is 1 pound so you've probably gained about half a pound
