I've been to the USA three times and in everytime i had a J1 visa... i'm 28 now and i'm offered a new J1 visa to go back...
do you have any information if i can still have a new J1 visa, or not.... anything about regulation beyond what's in the internet... i've read everything on the net but it doesn't answer my question....
i had it three times, can i still have it again?.

Yes, there is no limit on how many times you can come on the J, as long as you follow the rules. J visas had a recent changed that required anyone who came on a J-1 research scholar/professor status must stay out of that same status for at least two years before their next term in that status. This is DIFFERENT than the 2 year home residency requirement. This was implemented in November of 2006, so if you were already out of the country, you don't need to worry about it. Just make sure that you've meet the 2 year home residency requirement (if applicable) and have all copies of your previous stays on hand.

Apparently, you've been granted a J-1 visa three times previously, according to you. Your best bet is to check with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consular office in your country for additional guidance and advise.
