If your dog won't even drink a little water then she is probably very sick indeed. One possible guess is gastric blockage but there are many other possibilities. The point here is that you shouldn't try to deal with this on your own. You really need to get your dog to a vet. A gastric blockage (for example) can kill your dog and can only be resolved with an opperation. If your issue is financial: where I live there is an organisation called the Peoples Dispensary for Sick Animals. They help those that cannot afford to pay for their animals medical bills. Maybe you can ask around if there is similar support where you are? Be that as it may, you need to get your dog to the vet very, very soon!

Eh... take her to a vet. Don't try any medical treatment without consent from a professional. Especially not sticking a syringe into her mouth. Dogs tend to not eat and drink when they get very sick, so forcing anything would simply be avoiding the obvious signs that she needs medical attention.

If your dog is that bad off you need to get her to the vet ASAP. She could die and you would feel terrible if you didn't get her medical attention. You might try white rice and cottage cheese to make her eat and a little water but do not force water down her throat as you will surely drown her. Please take her to the doc today. Poor baby can't help herself and she depends on you. I wish you and your girl doggy the best. Remember this is Christmas time and if you don't do something to help her and she goes wrong you will never forget this time of year or forgive yourself especially at this time of year. Call a vet in the morning as soon as you can.

Head to the Vet right away . I had a black Lab {Midnight} and he just took ill and i waited and tried all of the dog not feeling well tricks and in the end it cost my Dog of 12 years his life . Plus much pain on my side of it over being such a dumb owner .
After 2 days of me trying to play Vet i took him in after 3 days of blood work and IV drips Michigan State vets said he had high blood sugar and they could have gave him some insulin and he would have been ok .
Sad part is we found the Sugar problem 1 Day after he passed away . No we NEVER ever gave our pet candy just like humans dogs can have high blood sugar so a Vet is your best bet and the sooner the better

You said nothing about having your sick dog to a vet. That would be the first thing to do. Forcing water can be dangerous, you can make the dog aspirate. The vet can administer fluids with an IV.

Have you tried taking her to the vet? There maybe something wrong where she can't take in any water at the moment I would get her checked out first before trying anything.
