The Bible says that Satan is "misleading the entire inhabited earth." (Revelation 12:9) Satan and his demons do not want us to believe God's Word, the Bible. They try to make people believe that the dead are alive somewhere in the spirit realm. Let us see how they do that.

Many religions teach that every human has a soul that passes on to the spirit realm after the death of the physical body. They say that the body dies, but the soul does not die. Moreoever, they assert that the soul cannot die, that it is immortal.

But God's Word does not t each or support that. The Bible shows that the soul is the person, not something inside a person. For example, in describing the creation of Adam, the Bible states: "And Jehovah God proceeded to form the man out of dust from the ground and to blow into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man CAME TO BE A LIVING SOUL" (Genesis 2:7) So Adam was not given a soul; he was a soul.

Animals also are called souls - Genesis 1:20,21, 24, 30

Since the Bible word "soul" means the person himself, it should not surprise us to learn that souls can and do die. The Scriptures say:

"The soul that is sinning--it itself will die." Ezekiel 18:4.
"And Samson proceeded to say: 'Let my soul die with the Philistines.'" - Judges 16:30

"Is it lawful on the sabbath to do a good deed or to do a bad deed, to save or to kill a soul?" - Mark 3:4

Other scriptures show that souls can be destroyed (Genesis 17:14), slain by the sword (Joshua 10:3), suffocated (Job 7:15), and drowned (Jonah 2:5). Thus, the soul dies.

If you read the Bible from cover to cover, you will never find the phrase "immortal soul." The human soul is not a spirit. The teaching of the immortal soul is not a Bible teaching. It is a teaching of Satan and his demons. Jehovah hates all religious lies. Proverbs 6:16-19; 1 Timothy 4:1,2.

The demons are the culprits that actually pretend to be spirits of the dead. The demons are able to observe a person when he is alive; they know how the person talked, what he looked like, what he did and what he knew. So it is easy for them to imitate people who have died. - 1 Samuel 28:3 - 19

No. I believe in God. Therefore, I do not believe in ghosts. Here is why: God knows where everyone is. There is no way He would allow a soul to roam the Earth "lost" or a soul to haunt something or someone. All souls will be attended to upon the death of it's body...there is no choice about "going into the light".

All "ghosts" that have been seen by humans are either angels, or much more likely...demons trying to influence, abuse, scare or distract a human from God.

I love how people are so serious when answering questions like this. The problem lies in the facts, or in this case the lack thereof. Photographs are the only real evidence there is to support ghosts at all. The majority of these photos are decades old. These days everyone has a camera and yet ghost sighthings are on a huge decline if you look back in history. Why? Because those photos were doctored. We have photoshop these days where you can easily fake these sorts of things. People dont bother because it can easily be proven false.

Hi Kiran, for all the talk about ghosts there is still no concrete evidence to settle the matter and people will continue to speculate one way or the other, some people believe that ghosts are in actual fact demons going about their evil work while others think that ghosts are souls that are still stuck on earth.

I was a paranormal investigator for 5 years and I can attest that there is a paranormal world that we have yet to fully understand. I experienced alot of strange phenomenom that I cant fully explain. I've even captured many on film.

But the question is "What caused the strange phenomenom?" I think too many people are quick to jump to the conclusion that everything unexplained was caused by the spirit of a dead person. In the 5 years I spent hunting ghosts, I've yet to see any identify themselves as the spirit of a deceased person.

My personal opinion...When you die you go to the Afterlife. You dont hang around on Earth haunting people. When you take into consideration how many people have died since the beginning of time you'd think that this planet would be one spooky place.

NO!

Its all tell tales, if Ghosts exist they would have ruled the world. Of all the animals of this world only human beings are capable of thinking and applying mind.

We not only think we also create hypothetical situations before we act, and by doing so we avoid many dangers that lie in our day to day life.

At the same time we can fantasise about things which do not exist! ... like ghosts.

you know if ghosts exists .... they would read this message and will get you .... if they do not read your questions they will not haunt you. !!!!

Yes. Really wierd s h i t is going on in the universe, not just what we can see and what our primitive humanoid cerebrals can percieve, much more than that. People that tend to know about such things have heightened sensory abilities, may also be using more of their brain, and may have released more shockra points. Where these ghost exist is most likely in a parallel dimension, I personally have witnessed anomalies and its really edifficult to explain what I have seen to people that have never experienced. All I can say is that the chances of the multitude of witnesses lying is very slim.

No.
This is what the Bible says.
(Ecclesiastes 9:5-6) For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten. 6 Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they have no portion anymore to time indefinite in anything that has to be done under the sun.

So WHAT do people see haunting houses?
They are demons, Once angels who chose to follow and obey Satan.
THEY DO EXIST;
Matthew 8; 2-34 and Luke 8; 26-34
