This one is easy. How can this be a friend if he is annoying and you do not be around him? Just tell him you don't want to be around him. You don't have to hang with someone if you don't want to.

tetrox in his drink will work wonders just a grain or two will knock the c**p right out of him do it in a crowded restaurant on a double date much better and more effective than ex lax

Just use him. Make him get naked and rub crisco all over his body. Make him fill his crack with cashews and call him by a girls name. This wont get rid of him but it will make you like him more. You may even love him.

get hooked up or go after a girl you know he likes and make sure he sees you with her (making out would be good) and he will get so mad at you, he won't want to talk to you anymore.
