Can this be used? Also, the officer did no show me the radar when i asked him for it.

I didn't claim i was 18. How can i claim i was 18 if i am going to hand the cop my license you idiot? He wrote it wrong.

It's not a big deal. Sounds like a speeding ticket. Cops don't have to show you the radar if you ask. No law says they have to.

Judge isn't going to care if the cop wrote your age wrong. If the cop can identify you and say you're speeding, that's all the judge is gonna care about.

At best, it means you won't have to bring your parents to court.

Well, the cops have computer access, so you made a big mistake in claiming 18 when you were 17.... the cop types in the old computer, and finds you attempted a deception and frankly you're pretty lucky they didn't arrest you on the spot and stuff you in jail.

You're in a pretty bad spot - you can be tried as an adult at 16... and claiming 18 makes it worse... you need to get a lawyer as quick as you can and hope you can get a nice plea bargain of some sort... one that doesn't involve jail time... and I wish you the best.

It could be considered a typing error- I guess you were speeding- pay the fine and move on -it does not change the fine -D

if you are not 18 then i wouldn't worry about it i would tell the judge that you are a minor i don't think it will go on your MVR that way either.
