i have a bf for about one month...and he tell's me that he love's me and he caress me all the time and do my caprice allways....everytime he say's me that never leave him away..to be near him allways...all the time he took's me at the restaurant's or club's...he protect me from all...he is perfect for me...i love him to...but he want to be with him in totally...i want to but now i think is very earlier...he told me that he will wait for me...alllways express his feelings for me...i feel in my soul that he truelly love's me...but i don't know what to do..i'm very confused

Well, he is just very much in LOVE with you. You may think that he is over reacting on the situation. But he is just expressing his feelings for you with out any hesitation. He may be acting like this because he is not sure whether you have totally accepted him or not. He keeps saying all those things because he haven't got enough response from your side. So if you love him, then you should also express your feelings about him so that he will settle down. Just help him to settle down. He is very much worried.

First, you do not say how old you are. Under 18 = wait
over 18 = wait too, but you have to decide if this is what you want and do not do it just because it is what he wants. It should take 2 to make love, because it takes 2 to make a family.
