Heartburn is caused by stomachacid leaking into your esophagus.Theres a little flap between stomach and esophagus that is supposed to stay closed to prevent this from happening, but a lot of times, it doesnt close properly, hence heartburn. Its a burning sensation in the chest and throat, not headache or blurry eyes. You dont say what you eat for breakfast! Are you maybe allergic to something you are eating? Have you ever been tested for diabetes? Anyways, For heartburn, I take pepcid complete twice a day. Works for me.
