Thick fluffy bath towels are a great help in those situations.
Put one underneath, and use another one to cover up. They end up acting kind of like a liner in the bed, and it's easier to wash towels than it is to change sheets every day.

Try a vinyl sheet. Lay down towels. Have towels near the bed and handy. Try other places besides the bed, like the kitchen or bathroom where clean up will be easier.

couple choice
use protection ,if overloaded the uhmm (what did you do? joking)
or you could simply prepare a plastic shopping bag next to you make sure is clean not the one they use to bag raw meat, u might get sick without knowing it try not to make contact with the plastic just to be safe , so you can just dump in there on time.
or just do it in the bathroom, unless is not enough privacy.
the last option if you really hate keep washing it, cover it with some plastic that they use for painting preparation you can get it at Home depot or Lowe's ( i know it sounds nuts but it work) only two buck or so.
i hope u talking about guy in intercourse situation, because for women the the first two option definitely not working the last one might work, the bathroom is definitely work : ) okay have a healthy one and enjoy.

Are you using a condom? That will catch some of it. When my boyfriend and I started off we did it under a towel because he has the same problem at times, and he didn't want his mom finding out.
