Has anybody seen a programme involving a group of people who visited remote places to experience spiritual initiations. The group came from the UK. I think it was shown on TV last year or year before.

Sorry I wanted to ask what the name of this programme is. Where a group of people go to remote places to get in touch with their spiritual selves. I remember a group member having terrifying hallucinations after being given some mixture to drink.

Yes I have seen it and why did they go to remote places, surely entities are not always in remote areas.
To me this smelled of a reality show was not impressed.

There is a DVD called John Safran Vs God where he tried most religions and it is very interesting to watch. He was a cocky arrogant chap right up until the end when he tried a little reality. he didn't convert to anything but he is a wiser person that he was before doing it.
