try to build her self confidence. , take her out, make funny things together, show her she can trust you, seduce her...but most important..make her laugh!

Help her feel comfortable around you. Never draw alot of attention to her or put her in an uncomfortable situation. Talk about easy stuff like.. the weather, things she is interested in, or anything that can open a conversation for her without it being something that might embarrass her or make her feel pressured to share information she isn't ready too.
