You need to give more information about the problem, though if i am not wrong you get this error when you start the computer.

I feel this is not a legitamate file and it could have been a possible virus/trojan that was installed and it was probably cleaned by an antivirus program and so you get the error on startup. You can safely ignore this and to remove the error you can follow these steps... click start - run - type in msconfig and click ok and now click on the startup tab and look for the item that has the msvp.dll entry and untick it and click ok and restart. This should fix the problem

If this is NOT the case and you are getting this error while running a program or something. I would recommend you put in more details of the problem including the operating system etc.
