Do parents want hugs?

We NEED to worship the Almighty our Father God because WE NEED to know and accept that he is King of Kings the Lord of Lords, Alpha Omega.

He is beginning and end. So when worshipping we show respect/we acknowledge/we humble our self in the sight of our Lord. Because one thing God detest is pride.

When worshipping you keep evil at bay and blessings close by.

I agree that God doesn't NEED anything, but I find it amazing that He would WANT sinful people to worship HIM. I think it is such an honor to be able to communicate with God and be able to thank Him and praise Him and live our lives for Him. If he NEEDED worship, he would force us to. And I think that free will is one of the most amazing things that God gave us. The ability to do what we want, whether right or wrong- and the fact that God allows it, That is some awesome stuff.. God doesn't need it, He wants it.

Even if there was a real god he would not need us but especially since this god concept only feeds the false pride of deceit and
corruption it is far worse than worship ;recognition alone is
is an insidious virus that should be open to debate.

If you are a parent, a boss or a President, don't you need to see obedience (to a certain extent) or respect? God is much much larger than the above three, hence, we must show more than obedience, we must worship.
The bigger the favour, the bigger the gratitude. God gave us life, health, intelligence, wealth..... (even though not equal, to all) this is the least we can do.

Worship is how you take the meaning in your life. Worshiping your work, reading, learning, truth all is god. He doesn;t mean anything that you have to pray like this... that.... So if you love your work, parents and all. it is equal to the way you worship god.

The real need for worshiping is, Since we create negative vibrations in our body. our parents ask us to go to temple and pray god, that is to create positive vibrations which is good to health and peace to mind.

The gravitational force take away the positive vibrations which we create. so covering head and sitting on the mat while you pray helps to keep the positive vibrations with ourself.That is the real need for workship.Since people never thought this, they take worshiping god is waste of time. They never tend to think of the truth which is behind it.

No; He doesn't. However, humans are created with a vacuum inside them that demands we worship something. Some worship work; others worship families...spouses...children; still others put pleasure before everything else. It can be money, G-d or sex or even themselves.

Acts 17:24-25

24 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;

25 Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;

He/She absolutely does not need or want our worship, or our obedience. He only wants us to experience everything there is to experience in this physical world, so that he can experience the same through us. And he can do this because he is us and we are him. There is only one, and we are all part of that one.
