Haven't you ever really noticed them (good heavens!), how they keep brushing their hair back (as if it was always falling in their eyes), yawning a lot, coughing funny, and scratching their elbows? Those (taken togther) are a sure sign of male virginity. Also, they have a preference for coffee or tea instead of getting falling-down plastered at the local dive, beer joint. (You have to look for these things carefully and not let on that you are observing.) Also, they drive funny dorkie vehicles (some even still preferring bicycles). If a guy turns thirty and is still a virgin, he starts to grow a second head. (Most of them go in from time to time for surgery to have "moles" removed, but they're really there to have their "virgin heads" cut back.) Oh, pay close attention, these guys love classical music and poetry. Also, they don't like hunting OR fishing! Many of them are radical vegetarians.

There is no way to tell for sure. If you cannot trust that he is telling you the truth about it, then you probably should not be sleeping with him.
One way that you could possibly tell is just by how nervous he is. If he is really confident and knows exactly what he is doing, then he has done it -or been very close- before. If he is nervous or kind of unsure about himself, then he might really be a virgin.

I suppose you could ask him. And if you have decided to "deflower him", you'll likely be able to tell from his "technique" (lack of). But then, my first time, right in the middle of everything (I was inside her, and we were both having a great time), she looked into my face and said, "You LIED to me! You've f*d other girls before me, haven't you?" I hadn't. I was naturally good! It's my humble opinion that it's difficult to be "bad in bed" with a very attractive, willing, accommodating, good partner. If she/he's very willing, very accommodating, very turned on, very sexy, doing everything you ask for, surprising you, moving in ways you don't expect, you're hardly going to stop everything and ask, "is this your first time?"

when your in bed with him and he has no idea what to do. oddly enough, i been with 3 guys that never had sex before we had sex. strange, but honest truth. 2 of em didn't know, and were nervous as heck, the other seemed to know, and i didn't find out till later he never had sex before. so, i guess it depends on the guy. but from my experience, i would say, most guys are nervous their first time
