Take hima full english break fast and also put strawberry/chocolate sauce and squirty cream on the tray, wink when handing him the tray and say ' Hope you've got enough energy when you gobbled this lot up tiger!' and wink. He'll probably leave the breakfast and dive straight into action with you, lol! have fun!

bacon and eggs, with a toast on the side with pure juice. Something not too heavy, it might interrupt your plan. One can't really move with a full stomach
