A chance to pay before it goes to court?

If he hasn't payed b4 now there a good chance he's not going to pay if you call him. He'll probably just try and talk you out of going to court. I would just let him be surprised.

It depends on you relationship with your Dad. If it's not real good I would just stick it to him in Court! Otherwise just ask for the money BUT good luck!

I'm no expert, but it seems to me he never owed YOU child maintence. He owed your Mother. She can probably sue.

no he will only try to talk you out of it, he needs to be held accountable for his actions. if you can make it you can take care of it.
I hate men wo dont pay child support.
