Yes because that would mean Jesus was not sinless Leaving behind a child in such a cruel world... oh wait he did that to all of us never mind... Why not live for us instead of die for us? Was satan really that powerful that Gods only son had to be sacrificed? If so then why has satans power not been disbanded after Jesus went to hell and then heaven? I ask these questions to weaken your faith obvs...

More importantly if Jesus was personified as he is described in the Bible has having skin of bronze and hair of wool would he still be loved and worshiped. That blonde haired blue eyed portrayal is false. The fact that Christians have not acknowledged the truth of the Bible that they claim they live by and believe in should tell you it's the convenient belief that they foster. Jesus having a wife and child is nothing in comparison to accepting the truth about his appearance.

Of course it would matter. Kings and Queens are supposebly Gods representatives on Earth (thats the medieval belief), so if Jesus Christ was married with child then it means he has decendants and if so they would be regarded extremely highly as his successor

The Scriptures do not say that Jesus was married. Therefore I believe that he was single. Jesus was the only begotten Son of the Father. God sent him into the world to be our Savior. It would not change anything that Jesus has done for us. Jesus is our Savior and Redeemer from sin, and our Advocate. Jesus is Lord.

There is a difference between the prophet Joshua-ben-Joseph of Nazareth and the Christ-image of the Christian faith.
The prophet may well have been a family man, but a god has to be an icon.

Yes. It would demonstrate that the Catholic Church did indeed make a major effort to keep it secret. But since they probably have succeeded in quashing all proof, I doubt that we will ever know in this life. Just wait. St. Peter meets you at the gate, and introduces you to Mother Magdalene.

It doesnt bother me one bit. The only thing that bothers me about that thought is that in the same breath non-believers will say that he also didnt die on the cross. They'll add that another person died in his place and he actually lived and fathered children with Mary Magdalene. Utter nonsense.

It shouldn't but it does because if it can be proven that he did then a lot of the stories being sold by religion would have to be revised.
