there is this guy and he looks at me ALOT but doesnt talk to me and onr time he did something imbarssing and was talking and glansing at me...i like his but does he like me??

Ask him is the fastest way! Some people look without looking. They could be day dreaming. Ask him to lunch and just ask. If he says no, then it is no. If you take him to lunch and he says no then tell him he's buying tommorow and leave it at that :)
