Do not mix Religion with Spirituality. They are inter-linked but are not the same thing. Religon is a doctrine or a set of beliefs. Spirituality is the search for your inner-self and deals with exploring your unknown. Spirituality may involve perceiving life as higher, more complex or more integrated with one's worldview; as contrasted with the merely sensual. Religon is a destination, it has fixed goals and doctrines to follow. Spiritaulity is a never-ending journey and it has no fixed goals, nothing to achieve and nothing material to show. Spirituality is a way of life. There are a few Philosophy Religons like Hinduism which try to bridge the gap between Religon and Spirituality. However do not confuse a Rigid or Dogmatic Religon with a Spiritual Religon - They are in fact two opposites of the same coin.

All religions from the One True God are spiritual.
True prayer is the conversation with the One True God. It is not something can be fixed by the duration or the number of times.
We need to know how to pray and how to understand the Will of God in His answer and devotedly practice it.
The Bab says:
The most acceptable prayer is the one offered with the utmost spirituality and radiance; its prolongation hath not been and is not beloved by God. The more detached and the purer the prayer, the more acceptable is it in the presence of God. VII, 19.

I don't think that religion can be the most spiritual practise for a person who is attempting to find their spirituality.
It's a mixture of experiencing life, connecting with humanity and with a form of a Higher Power. Belonging to a group is good, but the group cannot be the foundation of yourself and your personal connection with your God.
Any religion is good.....but knowing yourself is the hardest part of anything spiritual.
Peace!

The most spiritual religion is the one that you identify with and feel uplifted by. One cannot be named for all, as we are all in a different place in our journey and each will be attracted to the belief system where they can learn the most for their particular place in time. The most spiritual is the one you are naturally attracted to.

Spirituality and Religion do not necessarily go hand in hand. I know many many 'religious' people who are not very spiritual - and also know many people that are spiritual and not religious. I think spirituality is being in tune with your beliefs and chosing to live your life towards those beliefs, through a religion or otherwise.

Jesus was spiritual........most Christians are religious, I say most because I can name a few spiritual ones.....Mother Teresa is the first one to come to mind.
Do you see the difference? Quality of belief not quantity of begging for things. Every religion has its spiritual people but they are very rare, most people are just religious, quoting things they don't truly understand.

any religion, but your personal viewpoint and use of spiritual beliefs that you learn through lifes lessons are the only path and same path as any good faith filled person of any religion.
The point is. Find your own way to practice and be the person of your religion that you want to be. And integrate it into decision making, lifestyle, and the way you percieve everything in life.

The most spiritual situation is the individual's personal connection with Deity of whatever description that exists among Humans, because for each and every one of us, it comes down to who you are, and how you think, that describes and validates how you relate to God, not which religion you belong to.

it is what ever one you choose for yourself. Give them all a try, see which one sounds most reasonable and accurate to you. Which one touches your heart. Then follow that one. God(or other names) is the center of these that you speak of.
Study, learn, and then follow your heart. Make your religion or spirituality your own. Good luck to you in this process.
