my sister's son (Irmand, 7 months old) is hospitalized. I was told by my mom not to tell my sister about this cos she might be worried(she lives on abroad now with his husband). But when my sister call me to ask me about Irmand, i didn't have any idea what to do. so i told her everything... i just can't lie to anybody even when we talk on the phone
afterall, i think it's not fair not to let a mother know what happen to her child...

Truth & Lies, told at the worng time, become bitter!!! Your mom would have asked you to refrain from telling the truth to find the right time to divulge!!

Now since you have already spilled it out, dont break your head on the righteousness of your action. All done is well done!!!.

You did the right thing. Your sister has every right to know how her child is doing. What if this turns into something very serious? She needs to know if she should be with her son. She has the right to speak with the Doctors and have them tell her how he is. You did the right thing.

the mother has a right to know, but in the future, be sure when someone tell you to keep a secret, or to lie, inform them that if someone was to ask you, you will not lie.. no matter what...
Merry Christmas
Good Luck too!

You have done the right thing.....Telling truth is good for our well being.......and always keeps away the fear and tension of hiding something which our conscience does not permit to hide.

hey, you did the right thing! :) your sister may be angry with you for telling her too late, but after her worried state, she should be all right... in fact i think she would be grateful when she learns you all actually didn't want to tell her!!!

You definately made the right choice. Hiding it would have only hurt her and caused unneccesary tension. She deserved to know.
