i eat about 1,965 calories a day nothing more , im female 5"4 and a half , is that too little or too many calories for a girl in one day or is that okay?

Yes you should be taking in more calories if you are planning on gaining muscle mass. I believe the correct estimate (it differs for individuals of course) would be somewhere between 500- 1000 extra calories. I would just recommend increasing it to maybe 300 more. Depending on how intense your exercise program is you might need to change this. Trail and error.

There's are many websites that can tell you your ideal calorie intake- according to your height, weight, and exercise routine. The more you work out the more calorie's you'll need- not cookies and ice cream, but veggies, fruits and protein!! Stay healthy!!

That is a good amount. The recommended daily calorie intake for a woman is around 2000 calories. HTH : )

It all depends on your activity level and your metabolism. I know a 5'6" guy who eats 3600 calories a day and is skinny and fit, I also know a 6'4" guy who eats 1500 calories and is fat.

It depends on how much you exercise and your metabolism. If you exercise a few times a week that sounds about right.

If it's clean eating, it should be okay. If it's junk food, forget it! Stick to whole, raw foods and you'll be lookin, good! ;-P

it depends on your metabolism rate here.. with frequent exercise.. then that amount is fine.. happy holidays~!!! =D
