ok..getting her jealous without being dumped?.
whenever you and your girlfriend are together, ask one of your friends (that are girls) to call you to your cellphone, answer the phone and ignore your girlfriend. "she will hate that". even more if she hates the girl who's calling.
Or tell her that you are going to take one of your girl friends shopping, mmm..or ask her what would a girl want for christmas...'cause you want to buy something for your friend!!.

I have no idea why you want to to make her feel jealous (for attention, perhaps?) but if you look at another girl AND flirt with another girl, I think that would be enough to make her go green!
