I don't know if this recipe is the one but it might help with measurements etc.

Campbell soup - curried coconut shrimp soup

Yield: 2 Servings

2 teaspoon Butter
¼ teaspoon Curry powder
¼ cup Flaked coconut
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 can Milk
1 cup Diced cooked shrimp

In small saucepan, melt butter, stir in curry powder. Add coconut; cook, stir until lightly toasted. Meanwhile, in another saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Heat, stirring occasionally. Garnish with curried coconut.
