A passbook is almost like a license. I just want to get prepared when I go to register next year.

i know that in illinois i paid 40 $ for my pass book... and that it was valid for 1 year.. you also need to take a passport size photo and attatch it to the passbook or else its not valid.. other then that the only other thing they did was give me a physical and sign a consent sheet... good luck with boxing!

You must have a passport size photo of yourself, Birth Certificate and I believe it's $40 dollars, your area USA Boxing Representative will give you a passport book and application form you will sign both of them in front of him, included with his/her signature will be your boxing number sticker, the same number will be logged into his/her book to verify that your are a member in his/her section and one sticker will be put on your application to Colorado Springs, USA Boxing's headquarters. That's basically it.
