Why would it be bad? Matthew 24:36 "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only." Those were Christ's words when He was asked when He would return. Therefore, we should always live as if it were today. As for depleting our natural resources, for the same reason that we do not know when, we should not waste. Waste not, want not.

This substitute into meant to start happening previously the apostles had all died. So, ok, it particularly is achieveable the Bible meant something else. in case you pass to an internet site called "a quick background of the apocalypse" you will locate 1000's of failed prediction. And to be easy, fairly some the folk interior the international do no longer say that, because there are 6 billion non Christians and 2 billion Christians . no longer even maximum Christians say it. in the process the stupidity over the substitute from 1999 to 2000 an American Roman Catholic bishop mentioned it ought to ensue in 5 minutes or after a million years. The Roman Catholics outnumber the believers in it happening "quickly" by using possibly ten to a minimum of one. of direction the apocalypse quickly crowd say the Catholics are no longer Christians, yet as far by using fact the Catholics are worried it particularly is any different way approximately.

It is a disease on Christianity is what it is. Look at the countries where the people profess old Christian beliefs and contrast that against the "new" churches in the US. This Rapture they profess is a huge cop out. It is despicable and is destructive to the Earth. Most Christians don't profess these beliefs, but those who do are very loud.

On the other hand, we should maintain a level of morality that makes us acceptable to our fellow man and all of mankind.

I think the exact opposite is true. A Christian who believes Jesus is returning soon should be concentrating on drawing nearer to Him in truth and faith. This includes protecting His lands, His people, His word, His truth, His environment, etc. A Christian knows that ALL things belongs to Him...He giveth and He will taketh away!

I am looking forward to Jesus coming back! I am tired of all the hate and crime in this world. I am a born again Christian and I am saved and everyday I pray and turn to God for everything. Through Jesus, God hears me and I have received many blessings. I look forward to the rapture because I know I am going with Jesus. I know this because God made this promise to all of us, that if we are born again we will be able to enter into the Kingdom of God. It is in the Bible and I trust the Bible, as God does not lie.

living like jesus is coming back doesn't mean "lets waste everything and not care because he's coming."

it means, we better be ready because he can come any minute and you don't want to be sinning when at the moment of his return do you?
